Returns & Refund Policy

As we deal with Chocolates which is perishable in nature, we do not do any refund or exchange. However we will process the refund in case you:

  • Don’t receive the delivery of product within 10 days of placing the order.
  • Receive wrong or damaged product, reach out to us with 24 hours of receipt of the product with a detailed description and photograph(s).

We reserve the right

  • To request order, product identification & photographs.
  • To determine the product has been damaged, abused or used

The amount will be refunded /reimbursed to the same payment method that was used to transact on ChocoLounge. The refund will be credited to your account within 7-10 business working days, as per the standard banking procedure.

Products which are not damaged will not be exchanged or refunded under any circumstance. 

Delayed Delivery / Non Delivery of order

We will ship your order to the shipping address(es) you provide. Please include a street address, and name, apartment numbers when applicable to ensure proper delivery.

ChocoLounge is not responsible for failed deliveries when:

1. You provide an incorrect or outdated address;

2. Your recipient is out of town or not available,

We are also not liable for delivery delays that are outside of our control, such as extreme weather conditions, or other general delays on the carriers’ end.
